Greek food is simple and elegant, fresh and timeless, nutritious and healthy. Preparing and enjoying Greek food, anywhere in the world, is one of the joys we can all share.

Greek cooking offers an incredibly rich and diverse array of foods and beverages that are the culmination of literally thousands of years of living, cooking, and eating. In fact, the names of foods, cooking methods, and basic ingredients have changed little over time.

In the context of Hellenic Semester at IPTS, the Greek organising committee provided the cafeteria and the club with a number of recipes that represent the Greek Cuisine. The first plates, fasolada, choriatiki and mpriam have already offered. Below you can find some recipes and links to sites with more info about Greek food and cuisine.
